These terms cover the Sen waitlist during our pre-launch period. By requesting an invitation, you agree to them. They are written plainly on purpose. If anything here is unclear, write to us at privacy@sencircle.com.
Sen is a private, invitation-only introduction service for women who love women, beginning with a first circle in New York City. Requesting an invitation places you on a waitlist. It is not an account, and it is not a promise of membership.
We review every request by hand. We may decline, defer, or limit any request at our sole discretion, for any lawful reason. Sen is not a public dating app and does not offer open or guaranteed membership. If we do not extend an invitation, it is usually a matter of timing and the shape of the current circle, not a judgment of you.
There is no charge to request an invitation or to stay on the waitlist. If you are invited to join, the membership terms and the fee are shown to you first, and you are billed only if you choose to accept. Founding membership is planned at one hundred dollars per quarter, and that detail may change before launch.
Sen is for adults aged 18 and over. By joining the waitlist, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is truthful.
At this stage we collect only your first name and email address. How we handle it is described on our Privacy page. We never make your information public, and we never sell it.
By joining the waitlist, you agree that we may email you about Sen. We keep it infrequent, every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to remove you at any time by writing to privacy@sencircle.com.
We ask you to be truthful and respectful in anything you share with us. We may remove anyone from the waitlist who misrepresents themselves or behaves abusively toward our team or community.
If and when introductions begin, any decision to meet another person is yours alone, and you are responsible for your own safety. During this pre-launch period Sen does not perform background checks. Sen offers introductions, not outcomes, and cannot be responsible for how any connection unfolds.
This is an early pilot. The waitlist and our communications are offered as is, and features, timing, and pricing may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sen and the people who run it are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the waitlist or pre-launch period.
If we update these terms, we will post the new version here and change the date above.
